August is made for holidays, and Ktima Kir-Yianni welcomes wine lovers to Naoussa and Amyndeon with a programme full of experiences. From nature walks and food and wine pairings to open-air cinema and music nights, there are plenty of reasons to visit.

AN EVENING OUTDOORS
What better way to spend a summer evening than outdoors? Join mountain guide Giorgos Kaisaridis on an inspiring walk through the vineyard, packed with small discoveries along the way. Together, we’ll wander through the lush rows, observe the birdhouses and feeders tucked into the trees, and take a peek at the busy little guests inside our bug hotels. Developed in collaboration with the Hellenic Ornithological Society, these initiatives bring to life Ktima Kir-Yianni’s commitment to building a meaningful and harmonious relationship with nature. As night falls, we’ll roll out blankets among the vines, pour glasses of our favorite Kir-Yianni wines, and simply gaze up at the starry sky.

OPEN AIR CINEMA
In collaboration with the Thessaloniki International Film Festival, we are hosting a special evening for wine and film lovers. Against a beautiful setting by Lake Vegoritida, the big screen will feature Back to Burgundy by award-winning director Cédric Klapisch. It’s a beautiful tribute to family, legacy, and life, moving seamlessly alongside the seasonal rhythm of the vineyard.

Ticket includes the estate tour, movie admission, a personal snack box with breadsticks and graviera cheese and a glass of wine (white, rosé, or red).

FRENCH MELODIES UNDER THE FULL MOON
Under the August full moon, musician Kostas Andreou returns to Ktima Kir-Yianni for another edition of his much-loved and original DJ set, Francophone Music under the full moon. The evening will feature independent French-language music, accompanied by Kir-Yianni wines and sweeping views across Lake Vegoritida -a setting that brings the distinctive landscape and biodiversity of the Amyndeon terroir into focus. The programme brings together tracks selected live from every edition of MIF—Musique Indépendante Francophone—published on musique.gr to date. As always, there will also be surprise recordings from Francophone artists, bands and independent labels, making for an evening that offers a different way to discover music.
