With World Xinomavro Day on 1 November, we’re celebrating all month long at Ktima Kir-Yianni! We invite Xinomavro enthusiasts and newcomers alike to join us at our estates in Naoussa and Amyndeon, in the heartland of this remarkable Greek grape variety.
Throughout November, a special programme of events will shine a spotlight on the grape variety that has shaped Kir-Yianni’s history and continues to inspire its innovation, offering visitors the chance to explore Xinomavro in two of its most celebrated terroirs.
From vineyard walks surrounded by autumn colours to tastings that reveal how Xinomavro evolves
across different vintages and regions, there’s plenty to discover. Familiar favourites, older vintages and limited-production wines offer a chance to experience the many expressions of Xinomavro, from the classic to the more experimental.
And the celebrations continue on Sunday 8 November with World Wine Tourism Day. Our doors are open, as always!
