Another great home-run for Kir-Yianni at the Thessaloniki International Wine Competition

Kir-Yianni Estate has won an impressive line-up of awards and distinctions including coveted gold medals for its wines at the 21st Thessaloniki International Wine Competition.

A grand total of 15 medals were bestowed to the Estate’s wines, namely 3 gold, 4 silver and 8 bronze medals.

Furthermore, the L’Esprit du Lac label was awarded the title of “Best Rosé Wine of the Competition” by this year’s expert judges.

The gold medals were conferred on Kir-Yianni’s Syrah 2017, L’Esprit du Lac 2020 and Dio Elies 2018, whilst the silver medals were amassed by Droumo 2020, Fallen Oak 2018, Kali Riza 2018 and Ramnista 2017. The bronze medal awards went to Akakies 2020, Diaporos 2017, Naoussa 2018, Samaropetra 2020, Ble Alepou 2019, Ble Tractor 2020, Palpo 2020 and Tesseris Limnes 2020.

Meanwhile , at the concurrently held 7th Thessaloniki International Spirits Competition, Kir-Yianni Tsipouro crowned this year’s record of achievements with a well-deserved bronze medal.
