4 Special Prizes and 27 Medals in total! That has certainly been an outstanding “distinctions harvest” for KIR-YIANNI wines in just two months (February – March 2023).
The fact that the awards were granted across the range of the portfolio “is integral to KIR-YIANNI DNA” as Yiota Karanatsiou, KIR-YIANNI Brand Ambassador, eloquently described. Founded by Yiannis Boutaris, one of the most iconic, influential and maverick personalities in Greek winemaking, member of one of the oldest wine families of the country, KIR-YIANNI’s mission has been to produce high quality wines casting out wine snobbism; his son, Stellios Boutaris, 5th generation winemaker, has been recreating this unique heritage bringing in his own cool unconventionality and refreshing geniality.
