Naoussa is the “Bloodline of Xinomavro”. Join us next month (December 9-11, 2016) for a weekend during which Naoussa celebrates the area’s century-old winemaking tradition and its noblest variety, Xinomavro.
For three days, visitors will have the opportunity to taste the wines of Naoussa, enjoy traditional flavors and participate in presentations and seminars delivered by the winemakers themselves as well as by renowned speakers, among whom Yiannis Karakasis MW.
The main venue during the weekend will be VETLANS Cultural Complex, but the heart of Xinomavro will be beating all over the city of Naoussa, with special events taking place at wine bars, restaurants and, mainly, at the wineries that will be opening their doors to visitors on Sunday, December 11, offering tours, tastings and special events.
