The modernization of Kir-Yianni’s Winery in Amyndeon is reaching its final stage, as all upgrade construction works will be done by the end of 2021.

The winery in Ayios Panteleimon of Amyndeon, which Yiannis Boutaris used to refer to as “our shack” (“our Paranga”) is now transformed into a state-of-the-art winery with a capability of micro-vinifying small vineyards, as well as the all-time-favorites Paranga, Akakies and Ble Trakter.

Besides the new space for wine production, the winery includes an underground cellar of 1000 barrels, a new bottling facility, a tasting area and a production unit to vinify sparkling wine with the traditional method. A new era begins.
